Led mid size to large electronic health record implementations and migrations for long term care organizations across the United States and Canada, as the primary liaison for customer teams, clinical leaders, and executive stakeholders. Owned delivery through kickoff, configuration, data migration, integrations, and go live, while aligning future state clinical workflows with each organization's goals.
Migrated 50+ organization databases to Oracle Cloud with full data integrity and minimal downtime, alongside a RedHat 5 to RedHat 8 platform migration and the decommissioning of legacy servers. Chaired monthly executive steering meetings and ran portfolio level risk reviews against central project office guidelines.
Coordinated delivery of an e payment application that reduced callback time by 10 percent, and worked on the enhancement of a background checks solution for loan applicants. Owned the risk log and work breakdown structure, and facilitated the full ceremony cycle across cross functional teams.
