More than 150 facilities brought live, supporting over 12,000 patients, across more than 50 concurrent projects. Owned delivery from kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, and go live, as the single point of contact for customer teams, clinical leaders, and executives.
Sept 2022 to Dec 2024
Remote, contract
Migration of more than 50 organization databases to Oracle Cloud with data integrity intact and minimal downtime, alongside a RedHat 5 to RedHat 8 platform migration and the decommissioning of legacy servers. Chaired executive steering meetings and ran portfolio level risk reviews against central project office guidelines, in a SOC 2 and ISO 27001 environment.

Remote
Coordinated delivery of an e payment application and the enhancement of a background checks solution for loan applicants, across cross functional teams sharing engineering capacity. Owned the risk log and the work breakdown structure, and ran the full ceremony cycle.
Mar 2016 to Feb 2021
Multi unit residential, multi family, and retail construction programs, including a 1.65 million dollar eight unit maisonette development and a 1.5 million dollar luxury five bedroom build, delivered on time and within budget while supervising more than 25 subcontractors. Ran mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination, change orders, and requests for information. Also led the cloud migration and electronic logging work that supported the construction operation.
Dec 2013 to Feb 2016
Capital construction delivery across urban development projects, covering scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and site supervision through to handover.
The PointClickCare and Medavie Blue Cross roles ran concurrently from Aug 2023 to Dec 2024. The Medavie engagement was a remote contract, and both were carried at the same time. The dates are shown as they actually were rather than tidied up.
